Shipping Information
We do our best with shipping. Our goal is to get your order to do you quickly, undamaged, and as expected. Delays and mistakes happen, our shipping department has not (yet) been replaced by robots, but for the most part, here's how it works:
Deadlines
Most USA orders that come in before noon PST will ship out the same day. If our FedEx driver shows up late, then most orders until around 2:00pm PST will still ship the same day.
Custom Shop products may take longer to ship. We will do our best to update the Custom Shop website with expected ship times when we do not have product ready to go.
Free shipping
Amps and cabinets ship FedEx, carry bags and accessories and shirts ship USPS. We don't use Smart Post or any of the other complicated options that take forever. Shipping is free, so we have to pick the cheapest option, but all things being equal, we'll pick the fastest.
Express shipping
Amps will ship FedEx Express, smaller things will ship USPS Priority. If we realize that you would have gotten your order just as fast with free shipping, we try to let you know and credit you back.
Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-contiguous Americans
We're sorry, but yes, there are exceptions for you. Most shipments outside the lower 48 ship through the US Postal Service and we can only offer free shipping on orders over $100.
International Customers
International orders have more paperwork involved and require a special pickup, so they usually ship the following day. We send most orders via DHL and we pay the brokerage fees. We can't control or estimate any import duties or taxes you might have to pay... you'll have to call your local politician about that one.
Note: International customers are responsible for paying any and all import duties or taxes as determined by their country's import laws. We are required by law to provide accurate information for customs, and will not falsify any documents to the contrary.
If the ZT Online Store doesn't ship to your country
Contact us at [email protected] if you are interested in placing an order. We're happy to sell to you, but we often need to check a few shipping options to get you a reasonable price, so we don't list options on the website. We'll also let you know if there's a local dealer who can sell it to you cheaper than us.
